Mechanical Development Engineer

Proficient use of SolidWorks, certification preferred.
Expertise of engineering design practices/principles, e.g., interference checks, fits, tolerance stack-up/dimensional analysis, GD&T.
Knowledge of American, European, and international standards (ANSI, ASME, ISO, etc.).
Strong command of the tools required for document creation, such as MS Word, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Visio, etc. for procedure illustrations
Very good communication skills, and strong team spirit (international environment).
Understand the mechanical and electrical processes being documented to the level required to edit procedures and instructions.
Ability to write clear and concise procedures, instructions, and manuals.
Autonomy, reliability, and a sense of initiative with good organization skills.
Product improvements and evolutions.
Generation of Mechanical design and drawings.
Technical documentations creation, updating and upgrading.
Technical specifications.
Answer technical questions around the product.
Create prototypes and product tests.
Find and maintain contact with suppliers.
