Functional Analyst CRM / ERP

We are seeking a talented Functional Analyst to join our team and help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you will be essential in understanding and optimizing business processes through technology. While experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Finance, Desk, Analytics, etc.) is a plus, the primary requirement is a strong background in software implementation. The ideal candidate will excel at translating business goals into effective system configurations, enhancing our clients' operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis: Analyze and document client business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE, process flow charts, ERD, etc...), and devise technical solutions.

System Configuration: Lead in setting up systems to automate and align with business processes.

Collaboration: Work with developers, Project Managers, and Sales teams to provide technical insights.

Communication: Clearly convey technical requirements to the Development team and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, ERP/CRM Analyst, or Consultant roles, focusing on software implementation projects.

Experience in business process analysis and optimization is essential.

Skills: Proficiency in system configuration, automation tools (e.g., Bizagi, Lucidchart, Visio), understanding of logical conditions, database management, SQL, and web services / API concepts.
