We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft Fabric. ⭕ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Microsoft Fabric Expertise: Understand and implement Microsoft Fabric architecture, components, and migration strategies.
✔ Data Estate Modernization: Lead data transformation journeys and business analytics projects on new and existing data lakes, leveraging tools like CSU Migration Factory.
✔ Azure Synapse Analytics: Integrate and migrate Azure Synapse Analytics to Microsoft Fabric.
✔ Data Engineering: Design and manage data engineering pipelines, lakehouse architecture, and Power BI analytics/reporting.
✔ Spark and Data Pipelines: Develop and manage Spark job definitions, data pipeline items, and lakehouse notebook environments.
✔ Collaboration: Work closely with various teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
✔ Problem-Solving: Address data duplication and redundancy issues, and generate insights using Fabric Copilot.
✔ Project Management: Oversee data strategy platforms and analytics projects, focusing on delivering AI-ready solutions.
⭕ Requirements:
✔ Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric, including its architecture, components, and migration strategies.
✔In-depth knowledge of data transformation journeys and business analytics on data lakes.
✔Proficiency with Azure Synapse Analytics and its integration/migration to Microsoft Fabric.
✔Strong data engineering skills, including experience with data pipelines, lakehouse architecture, and Power BI.
✔Expertise in Spark job definitions and data pipeline management. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
✔Demonstrated ability to solve data-related problems and create actionable insights.
✔Experience managing data strategy platforms and analytics projects.
