Customer service agent Morning Shift

As a Hotel Customer Service Agent at Michie House, you will be an integral part of our guest services team morning shift (Mon-Fri). Your primary role will be to assist guests with inquiries, provide information about our hotel services, and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
-Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival and throughout their stay.
-Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
-Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel amenities.
-Collaborate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to address guest needs and ensure a seamless experience.
-Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests.
-Use of hotel management software and systems to manage reservations, guest profiles, and requests.
