If you are a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in payroll management, employee insurance, labor legislation, and coordination with both auditors (Big4) and state entities (SBS, SMV, SUNAFIL), this is your opportunity to take the next step in your career as a Analista Senior de Administración de Personal.

💜Your passion:

- Participate in the planning and fulfillment of Human Resources management through training, hiring, orientation, evaluation, and reorganization to achieve general objectives and effectively implement the company's strategy.
- Keep updated on legal requirements related to daily employee management, prioritizing risk reduction and ensuring compliance with labor norms and internal processes.
- Provide guidance and assistance in interpreting the Bank's Human Resources policies.
- Support the administration and maintenance of office operations, assisting all departments with logistics, and establishing and ensuring safety and health in the Bank.
- Prepare the annual declaration of Directors, Managers, and key officials for submission to the SBS.
- Support in documenting information to be sent to the SMV regarding the Principal Action Representative and alternate representatives.
- Archive documentation and certificates belonging to this department. Prepare the employee file with required documentation upon entry, adhering to the AML Department's KYE policy.
- Manage insurance for both the company and employees.
- Maintain direct contact with external regulators and auditors regarding information requested by HAD for their supervision and audit visits.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and prepare documentation for submission to the SBS for positions of GM, SM, Department Managers, and key Bank officials, as well as registration in the system.
- Be responsible for employee well-being, including health insurance management, reimbursement processes, medical leaves, etc.
- Manage employee vacation records and provide documentation related to social benefit payments.
- Maintain constant communication with the Payroll Provider.
- Collect annual employee credit reports and asset declarations, storing them in employee files.
- Handle the payment of employees' CTS during May and November.

🏆Why you stand out?

- Bachelor?s Degree or higher studies in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.
- +5 years of experience in Human Resources, with expertise in payroll, labor law, and compliance in Banks
- Advanced English (Spoken and written fluently) - Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation, payroll systems, and employee insurance management.
- Proven experience liaising with auditors (Big4) and regulatory entities (SBS, SMV, SUNAFIL).
