Apex América Perú is looking for a Workforce Analyst to join our call center team. If you have a solid understanding of human resource management and a passion for optimizing performance, we are eager to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Analyze call center performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Forecast staffing needs based on trends and seasonal patterns.
- Develop and maintain effective scheduling systems.
- Collaborate with HR and training teams to ensure adequate staffing.
- Oversee and manage the performance of the call center agent team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Workforce Analyst or in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using human resource management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
