Bim Manager Remote

BIM Strategy Implementation:

Develop and implement the BIM strategy for construction projects, ensuring alignment with the company?s goals.
Establish standards and protocols for managing BIM models throughout all phases of the project.

Project Coordination and Management:

Coordinate the work of various disciplines (architecture, engineering, construction) in creating and maintaining BIM models.
Facilitate collaboration among project teams to ensure integration and consistency of information.

Training and Technical Support:

Provide training and technical support to team members on BIM tools and best practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver innovative solutions related to software and BIM workflows.

Quality Control:

Establish quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of BIM models.
Conduct regular model reviews to ensure compliance with established standards.
Data and Documentation Management:

Ensure proper management of data and documentation associated with BIM models, facilitating efficient access and use throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure the correct implementation of the model in the field.
Research and Development:

Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in BIM and explore their application within the company.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and processes related to BIM.

Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing BIM on construction projects.
Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
